Privacy Policy.
A plain statement of what we may collect through this site, how it may be used, and what we do not collect.

How we may use the information
Information shared through this site may be used to:
- Review the inquiry and the asset, recap candidate, or pipeline described
- Respond to the submission where appropriate
- Evaluate whether the opportunity may warrant a deeper DST Program Review conversation
- Improve the clarity, structure, and content of the site

Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and how calls to action perform. Google Analytics may collect information such as page paths, page titles, referring sources, device and browser type, and the locations and labels of links that visitors interact with.
We configure the tracking so that personal information from form submissions, including name, email, phone, company, and free text notes, is not sent to Google Analytics. Information sent to Google Analytics is intended to describe site behavior in aggregate, not to identify individual visitors.
Forms
The DST Program Review form on this site is processed through Formspree, a third party form service. When a sponsor submits the form, the contents are transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to the contact email configured for this site. Formspree handles delivery, basic spam filtering, and submission storage on our behalf, subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
What we do not collect
This site is not an investor portal. We do not collect or request:
- Social Security numbers or tax identification numbers
- Bank account details, wire instructions, or payment credentials
- Investor account credentials or brokerage login information
- Confidential offering documents or sensitive personal financial records
If a submitted note includes information that should not have been shared through a public form, please contact us so that the information can be deleted.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information collected through this site. Information shared through the site is used for the purposes described above and is not made available to outside parties for commercial sale.
No investor accounts
This site does not create investor accounts, hold investor balances, accept subscriptions, or process securities transactions. Any DST, 721, private REIT, or securities-related activity must be conducted through qualified legal, tax, securities, and compliance review, with properly licensed professionals where required. Submission of a form does not create an advisory, broker-dealer, legal, tax, or securities relationship.
Data retention
Submissions may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review the inquiry, respond, and document the interaction. Submitters may request that their information be removed by contacting us at the email address below.
Cookies
Google Analytics relies on cookies or similar technologies to measure site usage. Visitors who wish to limit analytics tracking can use standard browser controls, private browsing modes, or analytics opt out tools.
